The attractive apartment Ca la Ola is just a stone’s throw from the sea. The new building is equipped with every comfort, including a private parking space. The boulevard of Moraira is just a 2-minute walk away.

When you step out of the front door, you are in the pleasant shopping street with unique boutiques. Within 100 meters you will find the bakery, a supermarket and all necessary shops. Live like a local and start the morning with a typical Spanish breakfast in one of the many bars around Ca la Ola.

Stroll along the boulevard, relax on the beautiful sandy beach of L’Ampollo or dine al fresco at one of the beautiful restaurants. Moraira has something to offer for everyone.

The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. A large fridge freezer, combi oven, dishwasher, induction hob are some of the amenities. With the Nespresso coffee machine you can be sure that the morning will start well.

Ca la Vall

A 20 minute drive from the Mediterranean coast is the charming village of Llíber in the Vall de Pop (Jalon Valley). A charming village with old streets, authentic village houses and blooming bougainvillea. Truly one of the most beautiful villages in the valley.

In one of those narrow streets is Ca la Vall, a tastefully renovated town house. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the vineyards, the surrounding villages and the Sierra de Bernia and Coll de Rates mountains. Located on the south there is sun from morning to sunset.

Live like a local in Llíber and start the morning with a Spanish breakfast in the village square at Bar Varetes. Experience one of the many fiestas in the region or visit the famous rastro (flea market) of Xaló (Jalon). In the Vall de Pop you can still discover the real Spanish life.

About the house

The impressive facade of piedras is the eye-catcher of Ca la Vall. The interior of this boutique stay was rebuilt brick by brick and the exterior renovated. With natural materials, local handicrafts and reclaimed pieces, this village house is an authentic gem.

Ca la Vall consists of two floors, with the open kitchen, dining area and living room on the ground floor. The small courtyard of Ca la Vall is an oasis of greenery with plenty of shade for the hot days. Under the balcony is a nice lounge area to relax.

On the first floor are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate toilet. From the courtyard there is access to the balcony on the first floor.

Fine amenities such as a Nespresso machine, fully equipped kitchen and barbecue make the holiday complete. From the village you can walk straight into nature, explore one of the dozens of hiking trails in the valley or pedal up the Coll de Rates. The beach is 20 minutes by car, but the valley itself also offers plenty in terms of culture and culinary.

Ca la Bahía

Ca la Bahía holiday home Moraira.

One of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca coast is the picturesque bay of El Portet. Azure waters, a sheltered bay and a beautiful beach make this one of the most visited and photographed places. On the boulevard you will find a number of nice restaurants and bars.

The bay is also best known for water sports such as snorkelling, stand-up paddling and surfing. The bay is a perfect place for families with children because of the clarity, the fine sandy beach and the limited depth.

In the El Portet district you will find in authentic style the boutique holiday villa Ca la Bahía. The soft tones, natural materials and plants provide an atmospheric, soothing atmosphere. The stylishly renovated house is located in a quiet area with lots of privacy and is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. With a roof terrace, garden at the front and rear of the house, there is sun from early in the morning until evening.

About the house

The large communal pool is shared with only 14 houses which are very little occupied. Due to the location of the house, you have a lot of privacy and at the same time you are directly at the pool from the garden. From the sunbeds in the backyard you have a perfect view of the pool.

The eye-catcher of Ca la Bahía definitely is the sea view and the view of the bay of El Portet. From the roof terrace you have view of the sea, the swimming pool and the green hills. The house can comfortably accommodate five people, spread over two floors.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with an adjacent dining table. You have a view of the sea from the dining table. The attractive living room leads to the sunny terrace. The terrace overlooks the sea and has sun from early morning. Great to start the day here with breakfast!

The bedrooms are located on the ground floor, which keeps them extra cool in the hot summer months. In addition to the three bedrooms – with five beds – there are two modern bathrooms on the lower floor and the laundry room.

Relax on one of the sunbeds in the garden and enjoy the Spanish sun, take a refreshing dip in the pool and round off the day with a drink on the terrace. The location of Ca la Bahía is also ideal: within a 3-minute drive you are at the turquoise blue sea and the beautiful bay of El Portet or in the charming Moraira. The bustling Xábia (Jávea), Benissa and Denia are also nearby.
